Situation
Our Manufacturer client appointed Centro to assist with the embedding of Lead Management standards and operations across the global Retailer Network. The objective being to understand the current status of those nominated Retailers – and subsequently develop specific action plans with timeframes that can be defined and implemented in order to ensure that the new natural way of working is sustained in all Markets worldwide.
Challenge
To provide a multi-lingual Automotive Consultant team to work in all participating markets, delivering coaching to their respective National Sales Companies and Retailer Networks to drive the defined measurable change to their organisations and the collective Retailer based teams.
Approach
Working with the Head of Business, Management teams and all members of the Sales Operation, commitment is ensured when expert coaching is delivered at all levels of the Retailer operation, so driving best business practice.
Results
Our client now has a consistent and effective Lead Management standard and approach working across all participating Retailers and across their numerous and varied markets.
The programme is agile, sustainable and ensures that the Senior Teams at National Sales Company level are fully equipped to continue to work with Retailer in their region once the multi-phased delivery is completed.
