Automotive Training Services

Situation

As part of its commitment to continual improvement a motor manufacturer’s Training Department focusses on the development of Sales and After Sales staff to ensure customers continually receive a professional and well informed interaction with the Retailers.

Challenge

As part of a new initiative this Company sought an agency which could react positively in a very short time frame to deliver a nationwide, face to face assessment of over 1100 retailer based staff.

The short time frame necessitated an intensive fast start including the creation and delivery of a Train the Trainer workshop, bespoke creation of new and regularly updated reporting suite.

Approach

Utilising our UK wide network of Automotive Coaches and Trainers Centro Consulting pulled together a team of industry professionals to assess the network staff.  In a spirit of going beyond an audit the Centro Consulting team provided additional Coaching and training tips to ensure successful re-assessments.

The Centro Consulting core team also developed an online reporting platform and provided regular updates to all stakeholders.

Results

Over 1100 retailer based staff assessments were delivered in the agreed timescales, below budget.

The Company now had a meaningful insight into the capabilities of retailer staff at National, regional and Individual Retailer levels.
